Dr. Daniel La Rota
Dentist
Dr. Daniel La Rota is a general dentist trained in complex care and oral rehabilitation, including aesthetics, oral surgery, and implant reconstructions. He grew up in the southeast after his family moved to the States from Bogotá, Colombia (Y sí, ¡él habla español!). He moved to Kentucky and received his dental training at the University of Louisville. Dr. La Rota then moved to Seattle to complete advanced training at the VA Puget Sound in Seattle, WA. This rigorous program focused on bringing complex care to our veteran population. Dr. La Rota is passionate about making his patients’ experiences relaxed, enjoyable, and educational. He loves spending time listening to patients and their goals and helping them learn more about their smiles using a modern approach to smile design and comprehensive care.
Dr. Jonathan Everett

Dr. Jonathan Everett grew up in Washington State and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biochemistry at Washington State University and has been a dentist for almost a decade in the Pacific Northwest. He served as President of the American Student Dental Association, Student Council Vice President, member of the American Dental Association, and as a board member of DentPAC for the Washington State Dental Association.

Why a career in Dentistry? When the tea party ended, I chose a career in dentistry on a whim! My educational background is on fashion marketing!

What is something people do not know about you? In high school, I was cheer captain and in drama club. I am proud to say that both teams made it to the state championship and showcased!

Kati believes in providing the best possible care for every patient and loves that her work positively impacts people’s lives by keeping them healthy and helping them love their smiles. She’s been in the dental field for six years, entering with a passion for healthcare and a desire to make a daily difference.
In her personal time, Kati enjoys traveling with her husband and kids, working out, and reading. A fun fact about Kati: she’s a huge Disney fan and has been to Disneyland 12 times!

Morgan treats each patient as a unique individual, offering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to their needs. With ten years of experience in dentistry, she is motivated by the life-changing impact she witnesses, from improved oral health to full smile transformations. Morgan’s career began in pediatric dentistry, inspired by friends who loved their roles in the field.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys traveling, road trips, local markets, and concerts. She also spends time making homemade soaps, gardening, and being with family. A creative spirit at heart, Morgan wrote her first screenplay at 15 and is currently working on her first novel.

Hayley is dedicated to providing exceptional care and empowering her patients to make informed decisions about their dental health. Her journey in dentistry began in high school through a Health Occupations program, where she worked as a Dental Assistant for several years before advancing her education to become a Dental Hygienist. Her passion for the field started at age 12, inspired by her orthodontic journey and a supportive orthodontist who encouraged her curiosity in dentistry.
Outside of work, Hayley loves outdoor adventures like boating, skiing, biking, and hiking. She also enjoys wine tasting, camping, and traveling, always making time to share these experiences with her husband and kids.
